Laurence Comte-Arassus is the President of Medtronic France since February 2015. She is a member of the board of the National Union of Medical Technologies (Syndicat National des Technologies Médicales - SNITEM).
Starting her career with ECS (European Computer System) before joining Boston Scientific, she has spent most of her career in medical technology.
She joined Medtronic in 2002 and held several managerial positions within the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF) Business Unit. In 2008, she was appointed Director of the Diabetes Group in France. In 2012 she became Director of the Cardiac and Vascular Group (CVG) in France.
Laurence Comte-Arassus holds a Masters of ESTA in Belfort, and is also graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University and the Wharton University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive management experience in sales and marketing.

Guillaume Leroy was appointed Country Chair France, Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi Aventis France and Chief Executive Officer of General Medicine France, effective January 1, 2017.
Guillaume has over 20 years of experience in Sanofi Pasteur, where he held senior management positions in five countries, was responsible for large international teams and worked closely with national and international health authorities.
He began his career at Sanofi Pasteur in Brazil in 1993, organizing the launch of the flu vaccine. From 1995 to 1998, he was in charge of the commercial operations for overseas territories, the Caribbean and English-speaking West Africa. In 1998, he returned to Colombia to set up a subsidiary of Sanofi Pasteur and develop commercial activities in the region. Following an assignment in Venezuela, Guillaume took a position in Mexico in 2002 as Managing Director of Sanofi Pasteur, then Sanofi Pasteur Vice President for Latin America.
He led a profound transformation, developing a strategic vision of public health that made possible several significant private/public industrial partnerships in Mexico and Brazil, making Sanofi Pasteur the leader of the region and a model for French know-how throughout the zone. He has represented the Group on numerous occasions with French and foreign authorities during bilateral meetings, government trips and international conferences.
After 15 years abroad, he returned to Lyon in 2011 to create the «Dengue Company,» a 500-member global team to take on the industrial and public health science challenge by bringing to market Dengvaxia, the world’s first vaccine against Dengue fever that today is registered and used in priority endemic countries and recommended by the World Health Organization.
Guillaume Leroy holds a Pharmacy doctorate, a degree from the University of Rouen and a Master’s degree in pharmaceutical marketing from the ESCP. He was Counselor for France’s Foreign Trade from 2007 to 2011 and continues to represent the Group at MEDEF International as Chairman of the France-Philippines Business Council and Vice President of the France-Argentina Council.
