Frédéric NOËL

Frederic Noël is the Vice President of Enterprise Accounts Europe at Medtronic and of Integrated Health Solutions globally. Frederic joined Medtronic in 2008 as Vice President of Supply Chain for International and also served as General Manager of the European Operations Centre (EOC) in the Netherlands.

With over 20 years of experience in the Medtech industry and a decade of consulting in the healthcare field, he has a wealth of knowledge about the entire ecosystem, including its challenges and issues. Frederic Noël and his team have established long-term partnerships with over three hundred leading hospitals in Europe, providing support in strategic planning, clinical transformation, and operations management.

Thanks to these innovation-focused partnerships, Medtronic, through its IHS division, is contributing to the creation of a collaborative and dynamic ecosystem that promotes the development and widespread dissemination of healthcare advancements. Frederic Noël shares a vision that positions Medtronic at the heart of the entire healthcare chain and value creation, going beyond technology.

An agronomist engineer who graduated from Montpellier SupAgro, Frederic Noël also holds a Master's degree in Life Sciences and Health from AgroParis Tech.
