• A word form the President

  • CHAM, a convention established in 2009, aims to contribute to building a healthcare system in France that is more oriented towards efficiency and effectiveness.
By bringing together leaders of organizations, institutions, companies and politics – all of whom are experts in the field of healthcare - in a setting removed from traditional Parisian venues, CHAM offers a privileged opportunity for open discussion, creative thinking and the shedding of animosity!

Over the course of two days, reflection takes precedence over action. With debates, interviews and presentations of international experiences, and a chance for the 550 participants to get to know and understand each other better, CHAM enables the paths of change to mapped out, and to outline the organizational and financial means to achieve them.
At a time when tomorrows world is more unstable and decisions more difficult, it is essential to develop greater agility and responsibility in order to better protect the population, provide equitable care for patients, and keep pace with scientific developments.

Together, let's contribute to this formidable challenge of a high-performance healthcare system!

    Dr. Elisabeth HUBERT
Former Minister of Health and Health Insurance
