Olivier Charmeil is a graduate of HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Banque de l’Union Européenne. He joined Sanofi in 1994 where he has held various positions including Attaché to the Chairman, Jean François Dehecq, before being appointed as VP Development Sanofi Synthélabo International Operations where he was responsible for China and support functions. 
In 2003, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Sanofi Synthélabo France, before taking the position of SVP Business Management and Support within the Pharmaceutical Operations where he piloted the operational integration of Sanofi Synthélabo and Aventis. In 2006, he was appointed SVP Asia/Pacific & Japan Pharmaceutical Operations and in 2011 EVP Vaccines and became a member of the Executive Committee.
Since 2016, he is Executive Vice President & General Manager, General Medicines and Emerging Markets, Sanofi.

Maryvonne HIANCE

Maryvonne Hiance specializes in nuclear science and served, for 14 years, as manager of neutron studies at Framatome (Areva). Over a 20-year period, she held the position of General Manager at innovative biotechnology companies including SangStat Atlantic, DrugAbuse Sciences and TcLand. She also founded and served as General Manager of Strategic Ventures, a consulting company providing support to technological companies.
Maryvonne Hiance has been a member of the French Strategic Council for Innovation and has served as Advisor to the French SMEs and Industry Ministry.
In 2008, she co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board of Effimune, a biotechnology company specialized in immune regulation with clinical applications in autoimmunity, transplantation and immune-oncology.
Vice Chairman of the Board of OSE Immunotherapeutics, Maryvonne Hiance also serves as Strategy Advisor to the company’s Management. On 30th June 2016, she was elected Chairman of France Biotech, the association of Biotechnology and Life Sciences companies.
Maryvonne Hiance holds an Engineering Degree from the « Ecole Polytechnique Feminine », Paris, and a Nuclear Engineering Degree from the « Institut des Sciences et Techniques », Grenoble.

Diana Schillag is CEO Healthcare Europe of Air Liquide. She started her career at Air Liquide in Germany for the Industrial Merchant activity, in sales and in marketing. From 2000 to 2007, she held several senior positions in Paris in eBusiness, Human Resources and Sales Force Effectiveness. She joined the Healthcare activity in 2007 as General Manager of Home Healthcare in Germany. Between 2012 and 2016, Diana Schillag head Air Liquide’s Healthcare World Business Line, which is in charge of the transformation and development of all Healthcare activities.
